The HELIX

The HELIX ESP/Rod Pump Sand Bypass is the strongest & most effective tool on the market.

The HELIX is designed to work with both ESP and Rod Pump lift systems. It utilizes a precision-cut, dual channel vortex to maximize fluid velocity and trap solids in the solids channel, directing it to the dedicated sand drain at the bottom of the vortex. The solids then drop through the sand drain, which ends directly above the entrance to the mud anchor. This patented technology is the only tool on the market that moves the sand discharge away from the pump suction.

The MAX

The MAX is the culmination of hundreds of years of combined experience in artificial lift optimization. Unique to any other tool on the market, the MAX is the best downhole gas separator ever invented.

Separation efficiencies are increased up to 20% compared to competitors, resulting in improved performance in rod pumped wells. The MAX creates the greatest tool OD to casing ID ratio possible, allowing users to maximize the annulus of the given well bore. Gas escapes naturally up the casing.

The HALO

The HALO all-in-one gas & solids separator is designed to be fully functional without the need for a packer, The Halo is the most versatile separator on the market and boasts a 40 percent increase in gas separation efficiency.

Three Step Solution

In the first step, the HALO’s separation area is used to decrease downward fluid velocity, allowing gas to escape naturally from the intake slots. In the second step, the HALO utilizes a precision cut, dual channel vortex to maximize fluid velocity and trap solids in the solids channel. The solids then drop through the dedicated sand drain, which ends directly above the entrance to the mud anchor. This patented technology makes the HALO the only gas and solids separator on the market that moves sand discharge away from the pump intake.
